There is no possibility for a refund of the paid amount, in case of cancellation within 7 days a penalty is payable, which is 50% of the total fee, in case of cancellation beyond 7 days, the paid amount will be converted to a Hilltop Voucher. The voucher can be freely used for any of our services at Hilltop Estate: accommodation, restaurant consumption, wine tasting, wine dinner, pool, wine purchase until the date indicated on the voucher, beyond the expiration date we cannot provide the possibility to extend, use, or refund the value of the voucher! By applying, you accept our Estate’s House Rules and General Terms and Conditions, which can be read on our website. During the event, photo and video documentation will be made, participants automatically consent to the use of the photos and videos taken there on the Hilltop Estate & Restaurant website, Facebook / Instagram page.
